This eco-tour is famous for the Red Colobus Monkeys a species found nowhere else on Earth. Itinerary
Begin your walk in the groundwater forest. Your guide will help you spot the rare Red Colobus Monkeys as they play in the treetops. Unlike many wild animals, these monkeys are habituated to humans, allowing for incredible up-close photography and observation of their social behavior.
Walk across the wooden bridge into the heart of the mangrove swamp. Learn how these "sea forests" act as a nursery for fish and protect the island from erosion. It’s a quiet, ethereal landscape that offers a completely different side of Zanzibar’s natural beauty.
