Day 1 Arrival – Arusha: Fun Retreat Resort
Transfer Airport – Arusha town: 1 hour
After arrival our transfer guide will meet and welcome you, then pick you up at either Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha for relaxation and overnight. Before reaching the hotel if time allows feel free to explore Arusha city with our guide for free.

Nestled at the foot of Mount Meru, Arusha is known as the safari capital of northern Tanzania. The city serves as a perfect base for exploring the stunning surrounding landscapes, including the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro and the renowned Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti National Parks.

The Fun Retreat is a resort located in Arusha. This appropriately named resort offers fun for the whole family with large indoor and outdoor entertainment and play areas.
The guestrooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, coffee and tea facilities, a TV and air conditioning. Garden views are available from the rooms, while a minibar, international plug adapters, and a desk are also featured in each room.
Guests are welcome to dine at the on-site multi-cuisine restaurant, have a drink at the bar, and enjoy views with a coffee on the terrace. An Ayurvedic spa offers therapeutic treatments on-site while yoga and meditation classes are also offered.

Day 2 Tarangire National Park - Lake Burunge Tented Lodge
Transfer Arusha – Tarangire: 2 hours
We begin this day with an early pick-up from your hotel in Arusha and start a scenic drive toward Tarangire National Park while carrying packed lunch boxes, we’ll dive straight into the adventure with exciting game drives through stunning landscapes filled with wildlife and iconic baobab trees. Later in the afternoon, we transfer to Karatu for a delicious dinner and overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park is a place of pure African romance, where sweeping golden plains meet the gentle curves of the Tarangire River and herds of elephants wander gracefully among towering baobab trees. Here, every moment feels alive lions may be seen stalking their prey, leopards lounging elegantly in the trees, and graceful giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and impalas painting the landscape with motion and life. As the sun sets, the air fills with a warm glow, leading you to your cozy lodge for a delicious dinner, peaceful relaxation, and the soothing whispers of the African night.

Day 3 Tarangire National Park - Karatu Safari Camp Lodge

After a delicious breakfast, we proceed with exciting game drives inside Tarangire National Park, exploring its beautiful landscapes and enjoying incredible wildlife sightings. After this thrilling day in the park, we will drive to Karatu for a relaxing evening, dinner, and overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park is famous for its large elephant herds and its beautiful mix of landscapes, ranging from open savannas to seasonal swamps, all centred around the life-giving Tarangire River. The park is also known for exciting predator sightings, including lions stalking their prey and leopards resting in the trees. After a memorable game drive, we will head to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.
Located in Karatu, Tanzania, Karatu Safari Camp Lodge offers convenient access to nearby attractions such as the Ngorongoro Crater. The lodge features comfortable rooms equipped with essential amenities, ensuring a pleasant stay. Day 4 Central Serengeti - Serengeti Classic View Camp

After breakfast, we depart from Karatu to Central Serengeti Park, get ready to watch the open up landscapes as we approach one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Once inside the park, we begin our game drive with great opportunities to spot animals along the way. We will enjoy our packed Lunch at a beautiful place inside the park, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. In the afternoon, we continue with more exciting wildlife viewing before reaching the camp for a relaxing evening in the heart of the savannah.

After delicious breakfast, we dedicate this for a full day game drives inside Serengeti Park for wildlife viewing to maximize your time with famous and well-known Serengeti Park.

Day 6 Central Serengeti - Ngorongoro Region: Ang'ata Ngorongoro Camp
Transfer Serengeti – Ngorongoro: 2 hours
Today wake up early and enjoy magic game drives in Central Serengeti Park, then in the afternoon departure to Ngorongoro for overnight at the accommodation located inside Ngorongoro Conservation Area near the crater rim. This gives you a chance to depart and descend inside the Crater next day in early morning and see many animals when they are still more active.

Day 7 Ngorongoro Crater - Karatu Safari Camp Lodge

After breakfast, we depart for an exciting game drive inside the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, carrying lunch boxes to enjoy along the way. After exploring the crater’s breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife, we will continue the journey to Karatu, where a warm dinner and a comfortable overnight stay await.

Ngorongoro Crater is a true jewel of Northern Tanzania, famed for its dramatic landscapes and extraordinary wildlife. Encircled by towering highlands, this UNESCO World Heritage site is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, a natural amphitheatre teeming with life. Day 8 Karatu – Arusha Airport – Fly to Zanzibar: Tembo House Hotel

After enjoying a relaxed breakfast at the lodge, take your time to unwind or explore Karatu town for a bit of local shopping and cultural charm, depending on your schedule. Later, we transfer to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival on the island, our dedicated driver will be waiting to welcome you for a smooth private transfer to your hotel in Stone Town where your Zanzibar experience begins.

Located about 40 kilometres off the Tanzanian coast, Zanzibar is a tropical paradise known for its powder-soft white sand beaches, swaying palm trees, and crystal-clear turquoise waters. The surrounding reefs are rich with colourful marine life, making the island a favourite destination for water sport lovers who enjoy scuba diving, snorkelling, deep-sea fishing, kayaking, and kitesurfing. Traditional dhow sailing experiences also add to the island’s charm. In Stone Town the historic heart of the island narrows winding alleys lead to vibrant boutiques, lively bazaars, atmospheric cafés, mosques, and beautifully carved Arab-style houses, offering a perfect blend of culture, history, and relaxation.
Located in Zanzibar City, Tembo House Hotel is situated within walking distance of the Old Fort and the House of Wonders. Decorated with wood carved furniture and offering a Swahili four-poster bed, each room features a seating area with TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower and a traditional hammam bath.

Day 9 Matemwe - Zanzibar Magic Boutique Hotel

After breakfast we dedicate this day for Zanzibar Stone tour with our local guide. Then once finish we will transfer you to your beach resort.

Admire the charming narrow streets lined with historic homes showcasing classic Swahili–Omani architecture, featuring beautifully carved wooden doors with metal studs, elegant overhanging balconies, and intricate lattice windows. As you explore, you’ll also notice a rich blend of cultures, with colonial-era churches standing beside numerous mosques built by the former Sultans of Zanzibar. The tour continues through several fascinating landmarks and local highlights. Once the exploration is complete, we will transfer you to your beach hotel for a relaxing stay.

Sandwiched between tropical greenery and the warm azure waters of the Indian Ocean, remote Matemwe beach is arguably the most enchanting of all the beaches in Zanzibar. Located on the last stretch of sand before the beaches give way to rugged cliffs on the uninhabited north-east coast of the island, Matemwe offers an unspoiled natural landscape, perfect for a relaxing tropical beach holiday.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with My Trip Adventures Company Ltd. By confirming a booking, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and on behalf of the entire group.
1. Booking & Payment: A booking is confirmed after My Trip Adventures receives a 30% deposit and written confirmation is issued. The balance must be paid six weeks (61 days) before the tour start date. Bookings made within six weeks must be paid in full or for agreement from both parties. Payments can be made via bank transfer or card in USD, TZS or if any payments should be made with agreements with company.
2. Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing. Charges apply as follows:
61+ days before departure – loss of deposit
60–45 days – 25% of total cost
44–29 days – 60% of total cost
28–7 days – 90% of total cost
Less than 7 days – 100% of total cost
Note: My Trip Adventures may cancel tours in exceptional cases (e.g., safety concerns, natural disasters or cases of the same). Affected clients will receive a full refund or alternative tour will be rescheduled by offering Credit note. And for any cancellation that will be made and affect client’s side due to refusal from suppliers we will try our level best to defend you, but not guaranteed for 100%.
3. Insurance: Clients must obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellation, evacuation, and lost property at their own pace. For any mandatory inbound travel insurance needed you will be directly advised by our expert upon booking.
4. Itinerary & Prices: The company reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in park fees, taxes, or exchange rates, and to modify itineraries when there any necessary (e.g., weather or safety reasons).
5. Liability: Adventure travel involves risks. My Trip Adventures is not liable for injury, loss, or death unless caused by proven negligence, nor for delays or damages from third-party services or events beyond its control.
6. Force Majeure: The company is not responsible for disruptions caused by events such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
7. Complaints: For any issues or complaints should be reported immediately to staff/office. And for unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the tour end date.
8. Third-Party Services: Accommodation, transport, and activities may be operated by third parties. My Trip Adventures is not responsible for their actions or omissions. For any actions should be reported to their part though we may provide any consultation support where possible.
9. Media Use: Photos or videos taken during tours may be requested and used by company only for marketing unless clients request otherwise in writing before departure.
10. Governing Law: All bookings are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

- Zanzibar Infrastructure Tax of 5 USD per person per night to be paid direct at the hotel in Zanzibar, if you are travelling to Zanzibar.
- Zanzibar inbound travel insurance. The cost is USD 44 per person per adult. For children, aged 2-15 inclusive, will pay USD 22, children under 2 years old are free of charge. This insurance covers some medical emergencies and travel disruptions while within the Island.
